Kathy started her career at the Mott Agency in 1991 working under her parents Al and Ann. Having grown up on her father's boats fishing, she gained a love for the water, and was a mate on her Dad's charter boat while working at the Oyster Bay Boat Shop. In 2005 Kathy took over the family business with her brother and partner, Tommy Mott. She is a full time mom to three teenage boys who keep her pretty busy, but tries to find time to enjoy being on the water, the beach or traveling whenever possible.
Kristen spent most of her life enjoying various water activities on the Long Island Sound. Born and raised in Huntington, she was a team member of the Bay Crest Beach swim team as well as the Head of the Bay Club where she would often sail and water ski. Kristen loves to travel, especially to the Caribbean, so after attending Nassau Community College she accepted a job at Austin Travel. In 2002, she decided to combine her interests and joined the Alan R. Mott Agency as an Underwriter's Assistant. It wasn't long before Kristen obtained her Broker's License and currently serves as the Personal Lines Sales Manager for the company.
Maggie joined Mott Agency in 2017 and soon after obtained her broker's license. She graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor's Degree in mathematics and a minor in communications and management. She vacations every summer in Lake George and enjoys wakeboarding, cliff jumping and spending time with family. During her time off, you'll see Maggie at the beach or in the water.
Victoria was born and raised on Long Island, so her love for the beach was inevitable. In years past she worked alongside one of Kathy's sons not knowing this would eventually lead her to join The Mott Agency. That time came in 2023 when Victoria joined the Mott Agency as a Customer Service Representative. She aspires to earn her Associate Degree in Marketing at Nassau Community College, as well as her broker's license. In her free time, you can find Victoria at the beaches of Long Island or jet skiing in the Caribbean.
